03

How it acts

Supported state-changing actions require an explicit confirmation from the connected wallet. Research and data views may still be available without connecting.

Supported capabilities

What works, and where.

Coverage and restrictions belong beside the app description, not behind a failed action.

Data availability · Provider-dependent

Results depend on external feeds, blockchain RPCs or backend indexes. Coverage, indexing latency, quotas and outages may affect what appears.

Supported state-changing actions require an explicit confirmation from the connected wallet. Research and data views may still be available without connecting.

Networks & scope

  • Solana

Available workflows

  • Futarchy company and treasury research
  • Conditional PASS/FAIL proposal buys and sells
  • META and supported company-token spot swaps

Data & providers

  • MetaDAO on-chain programs
  • Conditional market state and Solana routes

Important limitations

  • PASS/FAIL conditional positions settle according to proposal outcome and lifecycle; pre-settlement balances are not guaranteed cash proceeds
  • Market liquidity, transaction simulation and wallet approval determine whether an action can execute

Research & workflow

Compare conditional proposal markets and their outcomes

Research company treasury and governance context, then quote and simulate eligible PASS/FAIL conditional-token buys or sells for wallet approval. Separate spot trades for META and supported company tokens do not have the same settlement lifecycle as proposal positions.

How it fits into Hexncoin

MetaDAO opens as a registered Hexncoin application and shares the same window manager, app switching and workspace navigation as the rest of the system. Its public page links directly into the running OS, so the handoff from reading about the capability to using it stays short.

Installation and availability

Included on a fresh Hexncoin profile and managed through the App Center lifecycle.

The useful boundary

Installation determines where the app appears in the interface. Registration determines whether Hexncoin can open it directly. Those are separate concerns, which keeps optional and archived apps linkable without pretending they are always pinned to the workspace.

Wallet boundary

Know what the app can ask for.

TIER 2 / 3Ask you to sign a transaction

The swap, wallet and on-chain tool apps build a transaction and pass it to your wallet. Your wallet shows its own confirmation before anything is broadcast, and you can reject it there. Transactions are prepared for review in your wallet, and submission uses the relevant chain-specific adapter. Confirm the network, recipient and fees before approval.

MetaDAO uses the shared wallet session. It can prepare an action, but the wallet remains the approval surface. See the full permission model on the security page.

Community signal

Ratings & reviews.

Feedback comes from people using MetaDAO through the App Center. If nobody has rated it yet, the page says so instead of manufacturing a score.

Nobody has rated MetaDAO yet. Open it from the App Center and you can be the first. The number here is whatever real people leave, never a borrowed one.

No votes on this release yet. Whether an update worked is counted per version, so a good app with a bad build can still say so.

Ratings and per-release votes are left from inside the app. Open MetaDAO to add yours.
